Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the husband is on bail. He says that considering the period of detention of the petitioner, the prayer for bail should be granted. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State draws the attention of this court to the contents in the case diary and particularly the dying declaration of the victim. Considering the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the dying declaration of the victim, we are unable to grant the petitioner bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM No.7625 of 2021 under section 439 CrPC is rejected.
