The petitioner made an application before the President of the Board on 3rd February, 2020 for issuance of the aforesaid certificate and alleges that the same has not been taken into consideration till date.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to take steps with regard to the prayer of the petitioner for issuance of D.El.Ed. course certificate in his favour at the earliest, but positively

within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to forward all the details in support of his prayer to the respondent authority at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to implead the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education as party respondent in the instant writ application.

The formality of service of the copy of the writ petition upon the added respondent is dispensed with as the learned advocate for the Board undertakes to enter appearance on behalf of the added respondent. The writ petition stands disposed of.
