Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the Election Commission authority concerned for holding the election in question.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.17856 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Election Commission authority concerned to expedite the election process and conclude the same in accordance with law within four months from the date of communication of this order.
