Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that complaint case was pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur involving commission of the offences under Section 323/ 380/ 427/ 447/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and parties have already settled the matter mutually as it appears from the order dated 25th March, 2025 passed in CR No. 324 of 2021. The copy of the order be taken on record.

It is submitted that the instant revisional application has become infructuous now.

As a sequel the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.
