Advocate Mr. Suman De ...for the State The present revisional application was preferred for quashing the proceedings arising out of Hirapur Police Station Case No.157 of 2008 dated 03.09.2008 (G.R. Case No.1217 of 2008). Pursuant to the order dated 12.08.2021, Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Hirapur Police Station which reflects that accused persons have been acquitted from the case.
Report so submitted by the learned Senior Government Advocate be kept with the record.
Having regard to the report which has been submitted before this Court, I am of the view that the revisional application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the revisional application being C.R.R.2885 of 2011 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
