Case No. 286/2021 dated 17/07/2021 under sections 376(2)(n)/376(2)(h)/313/315/318 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Considering the statement of the victim girl, as recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the seriousness of the offence and the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in his favour, who is stated to be in custody for about 150 days.

As such, the petitioner's prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application being CRM 7627 of 2021 is dismissed.
