An affidavit is filed by Mr. Milon Mukherjee, learned Senior Counsel in this case wherein it is stated that petitioner S.P. Dalmia breathed his last on 29.11.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed. In view of his death the instant revisional application stands abated. Investigating Agency should record the death of the person.
