1. This is an application for restoration of the instant writ petition by recalling the order of dismissal dated 16.07.2025, which has been filed within the period of limitation.
2. On perusal of the petition under consideration and after hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petitioners have sufficiently explained the reason for their non-appearance on 16.07.2025 when the instant writ petition is taken up for hearing.
3. Accordingly, prayer is allowed.
4. The order of dismissal as passed on 16.07.2025 is hereby recalled.
5. CAN 7 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
6. Consequently, CAN 5 of 2025 and CAN 6 of 2025 are, thus, restored to its original files and numbers on account of recalling of the order dated
16.07.2025.
7. CAN 5 of 2025 and CAN 6 of 2025, these two applications be listed again under the heading 'Application' before the bench having appropriate determination forthwith by the department.
8. ACO is directed to send down the file in the department at once.
9. The writ petitioners are directed to communicate the server copy of this order to the non-appearing respondents by speed post and to file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.
