Petitioners renew their prayer for bail. It is submitted that coaccused Jakir Hossain Sk. has been enlarged on bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits petitioners had throw bombs and the victim had died due to bomb blast injury.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witnesses show petitioners had throw bombs which resulted in the death of the victim.

In view of the principal role played by the petitioners in the alleged crime and as their bail prayer was rejected in June, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected at this stage.
