Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in spite of an order under Section 144(2) of Cr.P.C. passed by the Executive Magistrate, Baruipur Sub Division, South 24-Parganas, peace in the locality is breached by the private respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that steps have been taken by the respondent authorities and the next date of hearing fixed by the Executive Magistrate is on 6th August, 2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondents is present.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

As in spite of a direction by the Executive Magistrate for maintaining peace to the concerned police station, the petitioners have approached the Writ Court

with a similar prayer, this Court does not wish to entertain this writ petition.

The Writ Petition being WPA 18223 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
