The petitioner has affirmed the instant writ petition on 18th November, 2021 with the allegation that no questions were set from the subject Child Development and Pedagogy.

Reliance has been placed on page 29 of the writ petition to show that 30 marks were allotted in the subject Child Development and Pedagogy.

The next contention of the petitioner is that the key answers that have been published by the examination conducting body are wrong.

Be it mentioned that the result of the examination is yet to be declared. The petitioner immediately after appearing in the examination did not raise any objection. She waited from January till November to file the instant writ application with the aforesaid allegations.

It appears from pages 54-57 that question Nos. 61 to 90 were set from the subject - Child Development and Pedagogy.

Accordingly the contention of the petitioner that no questions were set from the above subject is patently wrong. As regards the submission of the petitioner regarding wrong key answers, it is for the examination conducting body to take necessary steps.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
