Prayer is made for cancellation of the notice of the panchayat authorities on the ground that the water connection should be granted through the said passage as per an earlier direction and not through the route stated by the panchayat. No Scope for interference in this writ petition. This Court cannot direct the school authorities to grant a passage as the said issue does not fall in the classification list, under Group-V. This issue cannot be decided in this writ petition. The petitioner may or may not take the water connection as per the decision of the panchayat authorities.

This writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
