Sankar Chakraborty v. Swapna Mitra Nee Chakraborty
13.12.2023 Srimanta Sl. No. 31 Ct. No. 655 CO/1828/2014 Sankar Chakraborty -Vs.- Swapna Mitra nee Chakraborty & Ors.
Both parties are not represented.
The instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 11.03.2014 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the Court below rejected the petition under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the defendant. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order passed by the Trial Court the present revisional application is filed and the matter is pending since the year 2014. So, there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present revisional application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, CO/1828/2014 is dismissed for default.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
There will be no order as to costs.
