CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 2407 of 2012 In the matter of : Ranjit Kumar Singha & Anr. .....petitioners. In Re : An application under Section 401 read with under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings in respect of an order dated 29.05.2012 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Rampurhat, Birbhum in connection with Misc. Case No. 463/2012 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Having regard to the time period which is involved in this proceedings under such section, I am of the view that the proceedings before the learned Executive Magistrate has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2407 of 2012 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
