Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the original application is pending since 2007 and that the next date fixed by the Tribunal is April 17, 2024. He seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Therefore, it would be appropriate to request the Tribunal to consider and decide the original application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from the date of communication of this order.
