The report filed by the ACJM Gangarampur, Dakshin Dinajpur dated 10.01.2024 forwarded to the District Judge-inCharge stated that the petitioner was found not guilty of the offence punishable under Section 406/409/420 of the Indian Penal Code and acquitted from the said charge in connection with G.R. Case No. 1175 of 2011. Let said report be kept on record.
The learned advocate for the petitioner filed a certified copy of the judgment dated 30th Day of May, 2015 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur. Let the said report be kept on record. From
the report it appears that the petitioner was found not guilty of the offence punishable under Section 406/409 of the Indian Penal Code and he is acquitted from the said charge under Section 235(1) of Cr.P.C. Let the said certified copy be kept on record.
Under the facts and circumstances, the instant appeal has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
