Mr. Balai Lal Sahoo Mr. Abdul Alim ..for the petitioner Mr. Malay Singh Ms. Neelam Singh ..for the State Without going into the merits of the claims of the petitioner for continuity of his contractual engagement as a computer-cum-xerox machine operator in No.2 Ajmatpur Gram Panchayat, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Pradhan of No.2 Ajmatpur Gram Panchayat to dispose of the demand of justice of the petitioner, made through his learned advocate dated September 6, 2021, in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall be heard. All other interested parties shall also be heard.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A copy of this writ petition along with a server copy of this order, be served upon the Pradhan of the concerned gram panchayat.

As no affidavit in opposition has been filed the allegation in this writ petition are deemed to be denied.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
