1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as opposite party No.2 are present.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed one application being, CRAN 3 of 2025 with a prayer for modification of the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench of this Court disposed of the revisional application being, CRR 2967 of 2024 vide order dated 7th March, 2025. After disposal of the revisional application, one application being, CRAN 3 of 2025 was filed and the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench passed an order dated 18.06.2025, thereby directing the matter to be placed before the
regular bench on account of lack of determination.
4. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem of the fact that the prayer for modification of the order in the application being CRAN 3 of 2025 should be disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench who passed the order dated 7th March, 2025.
5. From the contents of the application being CRAN 3 of 2025, it appears that petitioner prays for modification of the order dated 7th March, 2025 on merit.
6. In these circumstances, no option is left to this Court but to direct the department to place the record before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for appropriate order.
