The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being case No.C.R. 44 of 2012 pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia under Sections 500/504/379 of the Indian Penal Code. Records of the revisional application reflect that there was no interim order restraining the proceedings before the learned Court below to proceed with the matter.

When the matter has been taken up, none represented the petitioner to appraise the present status of the proceedings before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the contentions so advanced in the revisional application, I am of the view that the same involves issues which cannot be adjudicated at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 2415 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
