3. The Pradhan is directed to take necessary steps to forward the file to the Sub Divisional Officer for taking further necessary steps in the matter in accordance with law.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer.

5. The reasoned order dated 9th September, 2025 signed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat be retained with the records.

6. The contempt application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
