The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are effecting construction on a water body.

Learned counsel for the State has produced instructions of the B.L. & L.R.O., Tamluk-I, Purba Medinipur dated 29th November 2021 and the same is taken on record.

It is being certified by B.L. & L.R.O., Tamluk-I, Purba Medinipur that the property in question on which the private respondents are effecting construction is a "Bastu" land and recorded in their name.

Learned counsel for the private respondents also produces the sanctioned plan dated 1st July 2021 issued by the Tamralipta Municipality.

Hence, this Court finds that there is no inaction on the part of the respondents. The writ petitioner may agitate any further dispute with the private respondents before a civil forum.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
