Learned counsel submits that the Bank has not taken any steps to dispossess the petitioner till date.

The only relief the petitioner seeks from the Court is to direct the Bank to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.04.2022. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made over an amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- and seeks some more time to repay the balance amount to the Bank.

WPA 17864 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with the direction on the respondent Bank to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner

within a period of eight weeks from today. Since petitioner has not taken any steps till date, the Bank will forbear from taking any further action until the representation has been disposed of by way of a reasoned order upon hearing the petitioner within the timeframe as directed. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
