For the Petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Court, Barasat by order passed on 19th June, 2024 in M. Ex. case no. 365 of 2022 for non-payment of Rs.5,000/- in terms of the direction of the learned Magistrate. The petitioner undertakes to pay Rs.5,000/- to the opposite party within 7 days. Upon payment of Rs.5,000/- to the opposite party by the petitioner within 7 days from date, warrant of arrest be stayed till the next date fixed for hearing before the learned Magistrate. In the event the petitioner fails to pay the said amount within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner, in accordance with law. CRR 2968 of 2024 is disposed of.
