Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, considering the period of detention and considering the fact that the sister-in-law was granted anticipatory bail, the prayer for bail of the petitioner should be considered.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the deceased made a dying declaration where she implicated the petitioner.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the dying declaration of the deceased and considering the fact that the trial is ongoing and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7637 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
