The outstanding dues payable by the petitioner has been adjusted against the waiver scheme. As the disconnection was effected in 2018, there has been deemed termination of the agreement. Thus, the petitioner must apply for new connection. It is specifically recorded that no amount is due and payable by the petitioner, on account of earlier consumption. 2.

The petitioner is directed to apply afresh, for a new connection and the said connection shall be granted to the petitioner subject to compliance all other formalities.

It is made clear that any due prior to the date of this order, shall not be claimed from the petitioner. 4.

The connection shall be effected within a month from the compliance of other formalities.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
