1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of her application for transfer from Akshaynagar Kumarnarayan Madhyamik Sikshayatan (HS) at Kakdwip, District - South 24 Parganas to a School nearby her residence at Howrah, by the School Service Commission.

3. It is submitted that the School has issued no objection and the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas has also recommended the case of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner's case has been rejected by the School Service Commission.

4. In the circumstances as stated above, the Chairman, Central School Service Commission shall

take a decision afresh in the matter offline and if found eligible, shall consider the posting of the petitioner in the Schools chosen or any nearby School.

5. For the aforesaid purpose, if necessary, the petitioner shall be summoned by the Chairman, Central School Service Commission for personal interaction.

6. The order of rejection by the Central School Service Commission dated 31st August, 2023 is set aside.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
