1. Affidavit of service filed. Let it be taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite party has fairly submitted that the Matrimonial Suit may be transferred, however, directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same within time limit.

3. In view of the submissions made, Matrimonial Suit No. 1061 of 2022 is withdrawn from the District Judge, Purba Bardhaman and assigned to the learned District Judge, Murshidabad for expeditious disposal in accordance with law preferably within eight months.

4. The transferor court is directed to send the entire case records to the transferee court.

5. Hence, the present petition being CO 2418 of 2023 stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
