Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2020 and although the trial has progressed, but the petitioner is in custody for more than two and half years.

Ms. Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. Having considered the time period for which the petitioner is in custody, I direct the learned trial court to take steps so that the trial of the case is concluded by 30th June, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2878 is disposed of.
