The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the typographical error of the order dated July 24, 2024 whereby the revisional application was dismissed.

The word 'defendant' appearing in the fourth line of the third paragraph at the first page of the said order be replaced by the word 'plaintiff'. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. The Department is directed to carry out the aforementioned correction in the said order to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
