Since the bank has not taken any steps for 14 years now to evict the petitioners, any step that may be taken by the bank shall be done with due notice to the writ petitioners.

Learned counsel for the bank submits that the bank has already taken steps.

The bank may continue such proceedings in accordance with law. However, prior notice of such proceeding shall be given to the writ petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
