The instant writ petition is pending since 2007. In the instant writ petition the petitioner raised an issue that he was a tenant in respect of Government Housing Society and after his retirement he wanted the respondents to regularize the said tenancy. The dispute squarely relates to Public Premises (Unauthorized Occupation) Act. Therefore, I do not find any merit in the instant writ petition. Moreover, the petitioner is not represented and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed.
