Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred police authorities have taken steps. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.4 denies the allegations in the writ petition.

Be that as it may, State has submitted a report which reflects that Pursurah PS case no. 196/2025 dated 03.08.2025 has been registered for investigation. Having considered the steps so taken, at this stage further interference of this Court is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 17335 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
