The petitioner further alleged that he was abused, threatened and assaulted by the private respondents.

The records of the case reflect that there was an order of status quo passed in T.S. 713 of 2015 on or about 06.03.2018 wherein the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn), 1st Court, Hooghly Sadar was pleased to direct status quo in respect of

nature, character and possession of the said property till disposal of the suit.

Since none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Tuhia Parvin, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State.

Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having considered that the civil court is already in seisin of the issues and the petitioner's main grievance is that the private respondents are trying to encroach upon his property, I am of the view that if the same inconveniences are faced by the petitioner till date, he will file a fresh representation before the police authorities who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17491 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
