1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Considered the materials placed by them including the FIR and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

3. In view of such seriousness of the offence and gravity, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
