In the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 26th July, 2023, the first sentence requires correction. Instead of "learned counsel appearing for the State submits ...." the same should be read as "learned counsel for the petitioners submits .....". Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order and treat the same as part and parcel of the original order dated 26th July, 2023.
