The respondent Bank states that the respondent Bank intends to withdraw the Sale Notice dated 26th July 2022, which is under challenge before this Court, by publishing a corrigendum that such sale notice will not be given effect to and that the respondent Bank intends to reserve its right to publish another sale notice as and when the DRT-3 starts functioning. Since nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition, WPA 17893 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent Bank.
