Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Officer-in-Charge, Kotulpur Police Station, PS & PO- Kotulpur, District-Bankura should be given a direction to take steps for taking cognizance of the complaint dated 08.07.2024, further direction should be given to execute the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Bishnupur, Bankura in Title Suit No.89 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023 as well as the police help order under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure and appropriate steps should be taken against the respondent no.7 to 11 by the police authorities.
Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report and the same be kept with the record.
Learned counsel further submits that the investigation has already been initiated and all proper steps are being taken in respect of execution of the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior
Division) Bishnupur, Bankura in Title Suit No.89 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023.
Heard both the parties at length and perused the report.
As the State has already taken steps for implementation of the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Bishnupur, Bankura in Title Suit No.89 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023, the Officer-inCharge, Kotulpur Plice Station, PS & PO- Kotulpur, District-Bankura is directed to implement the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Bishnupur, Bankura in Title Suit No.89 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023 as well as the police help order under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The Police shall maintain strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale and the life and property of the petitioner are not in danger in the hands of the respondent nos.7 to 11.
With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.
No order as to costs.
