Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that some of the co accused were granted bail. She submits that the petitioner was riding the motorcycle as the third rider.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the involvement of the petitioner, therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the order of the rejection of bail and considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is rejected.

CRM 7658 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
