The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 13th May, 1998 passed in CO No.1044 of 1995.

The matter appeared in the list on 12th August, 2021 and was called on twice, but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. The matter is appearing in the list today marked as "Last Chance" with a note in the list that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears in the matter. Even today no one appears in the contempt petition. No one has applied for joining in the virtual mode.
