1. The matter is of 2017. It is surprising that no attempt has been made for proclamation and attachment of the properties of the absconder. It appears that warrant of proclamation and attachment was issue against the accused on 29th December, 2017. The petitioner is absconding for last 7 years.

2. Under such circumstances and having considered the gravity of the matter, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
