Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioners were falsely implicated. The second petitioner is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Other coaccused was granted bail by the Jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, there are call details recording between the two petitioners and the driver of the vehicle with the stolen TMT Bars as also the person who purchased such stolen goods.

In view of the nexus between the petitioner, the stolen goods, the driver of the vehicle bearing the goods and the

ultimate purchaser of the stolen goods, as appearing from the materials in the case diary including the call details recording we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3836 of 2022 is dismissed.
