Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that kerosene was poured upon the deceased who succumbed to her injuries subsequently. He refers to the contents in the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner even though we are informed that the police submitted charge sheet.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 7660 of 2021, is rejected.
