According to the learned Advocate for the appellant, the learned Judge misconstrued documentary evidence and arrived at an erroneous finding of acquittal as against the respondent.

In such circumstances, CRMSPL 48 of 2022 is disposed of by granting leave to the appellant to file the appeal within thirty days from date.
