The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents specifically respondent nos. 1 & 3 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner before the respondent authorities on various dates.

The representation before the Labour Enforcement Officer (Central) is dated 18.06.2025.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the complaint/representation filed by the petitioner on 18.06.2025, in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of communication of this order. 3.

In case a copy of the said complaint is not available with the respondent no. 3, liberty is granted to the petitioner to provide a copy of the complaint/representation upon the said respondent

no. 3, who shall then act as per the direction of this Court in this order.
