It appears from the submissions made on behalf of both the parties that the order passed by the Court has been substantially complied with.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the act on the part of the contemnors in disbursing the amount after a delay of two years. The petitioner seeks interest on the same.

It will be open for the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding for recovery of interest on account of the delayed payment made to the petitioner. The contempt application stands disposed of.
