Mukherjee Mr. Anwar Hossain Ms. Manisha Sharma ......for the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Sharma, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment should be regularized by the concerned authority.

Petitioner submits that he is in custody since 29th June, 2022 and the investigating agency on completion of investigation has already submitted charge-sheet. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that although the date was pre-poned by the learned Special Court on 21.06.2023 howevercharge could not be framed. In view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than one year, I direct the learned Special Court preferably on the next date or within a fortnight thereafter should frame the charges and fix schedule according to its convenience but at least one schedule consisting of three dates on every 60 days must be fixed, so that the Trial can be concluded within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties.

The Public Prosecutor appearing in the case would produce the materials, documents and exhibits on the date fixed for examination of the witnesses. All stake holders should cooperate with the learned Trial Court to conclude the Trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2711 of 2023 is disposed of.
