Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the bail application the trial of the case has progressed.

Learned advocate for the State submits that there are 28 witnesses who have been examined and only the Investigating Officer of the case is left to be examined. Considering the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1421 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
