Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 1 has met his demise in the meantime. 2.

Accordingly, the learned Advocate for the respondents shall inform in writing the particulars of the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased respondent as well as the date of death of the said respondent to the learned Advocate on record for the appellant by January 9, 2026.

Leave is granted to the appellant to take out appropriate application for substitution of the heirs and legal representatives of the said deceased respondent, with liberty to mention such application for enlistment as and when such application is taken out.

The matter be delisted for the time being with such liberty.
