Moreover, the same is premature. A written instruction for withdrawal of the writ petition is also filed in court today and kept on record. As per the prayer of the petitioners, WPA No. 17520 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge on the self-same cause of action, adding subsequent causes of action, if need be, by way of a fresh writ petition.

There will be no order as to costs.
