1. From the information forwarded by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Legal) Regional Office at Berhampore dated 28th October, 2025 it appears that the Aadhar number of the petitioner being 3171 8795 6628 has been delinked from the UAN 1001 0956 1884. Presently the petitioner can generate new UAN through UMANG App and provide the same to the employer.

2. As the Aadhar number of the petitioner has already been delinked, it will be open for the petitioner to generate new UAN as mentioned by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Legal) Regional Office at Berhampore.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
